Penguin ships $4.5 billion worth worth of goods to Indonesia and Malaysia, the largest shipment of goods from the world’s second-largest ecommerce company.
The company said on Tuesday it has shipped more than 1,000 containers of products, worth about $1.3 billion, in the past five days alone.
It’s the second time in as many months that the company has shipped to Indonesia, which has long been the world leader in ecommerce.
On Friday, the company announced that it had shipped 1,500 packages to the country, marking its biggest shipment in more than a year.
In the past week, Penguin has also announced plans to deliver more than 2,000 packages to Malaysia and Indonesia.
The delivery of the cargo to Indonesia will bring the total number of shipments to nearly 4,000, according to the company.
